Southern Comfort

I was absolutely thrilled when local Wedding Photographer, Sara Jozsa, reached out to Rich Rats.  She wanted to work on a piece for her blog readers on what to wear for an engagement photo shoot. After a quick scroll through her work, I was hooked on her style of photography. It's not too often you meet someone who shares the exact same vision as you and can finish your sentence when describing how you want the image to look.
I'm thrilled with how our collaboration turned out.

The thought of what to wear for your engagement photos can be overwhelming for some brides. You’ll have those pictures forever and you certainly don’t want to look back and have a “what was I thinking?!” moment. The best thing I can think of to tell a bride is to be yourself. I created this store off of the idea of catering to two sides of a woman; the glamorous part that loves getting dressed up and the grunge part that favors the casual side of clothing.

Just like my store concept, your engagement photos should reflect the side of you that feels most comfortable. Don’t feel pressure to dress a certain way because you’ve seen a photo on Pinterest; especially if it doesn’t reflect the life you life with your fiancé!

We have created a three part series because we know brides do not come in a "one size fits all". Are you glam, grunge, or a little bit country?
